Trio and Family Tree Tent
Designed for families and small groups with enough space for 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (max 2) to sleep in absolute comfort.
Raised off the ground and strung between trees, this award-winning tent is perfect for giving your friends and family special memories that they’ll cherish forever.
From $245/Night – Sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults 2 young kids max 6yo (top to tail)
We don’t recommend booking this tent for more than 3 people unless you have very small children (under 6 years old). Max 4 people, 2 adults and 2 small children.
Tent Tower (Optional Extra)
Our Classic Stack splits your sleeping arrangement across 2 levels by adding a 3-Person hammock with flyscreen sides; giving you even greater flexibility by increasing the sleeping space. This is also a great spot to nap during the day.

In and around the tree tents:
All tents are equipped with thick insulated mattress, warm sleeping bag, phone charger, tent light, bag storage.
We also have a few big 6 people hammock stretched around the camp.
There are plenty of games and activities to keep you entertained at our eco-camp: slackfline, finska, pétanque etc.
Access
We are about 2km from Mount Hotham Village and 8km from Dinner Plain on the great Alpine Road.
There is plenty of free parking at Wireplain carpark.
The eco-village is hidden in the wilderness, a few hundred meters from the main road. Access by foot only, on the marked Dargo loop, an easy 300m stroll from the carpark. We can assist you with luggage transport but recommend using a small backpack for your stay.
Meals and food:
All breakfast are included. Wake up to the smell of fresh coffee and a cooked breakfast; French toast, bacon and eggs are on the menu!
Lunch: We don’t serve lunch in the tipi but we can organise a grazing platter delivered to your tent (no food in the tents please) or a hamper to take on your adventure. Alternatively we can recommend some great places to have a meal around Hotham and Dinner Plain.
Dinner: At night time, we get the fires going and that’s not just for the look. Most of our food is cooked using wood fire heat, from the grill to the oven.
Saturday night is our classic wood fire pizza night. A great occasion to be social and meet the other campers. Set price, all you can eat seasonal pizza.
Other nights: We regularly host themed dinners at night depending on numbers and seasonal inspiration. With a frenchy behind the menu, there is usually cheese involved!
We also have a la carte meals carefully prepared by some of our partners.
We really appreciate your support to the locals, and are always happy to recommend some great places to have a meal around Hotham and Dinner Plain.

Please note that, for health and safety reasons, there are no communal cooking facilities available at our eco-village.
