One of the best Aussie Alpine Experiences…ever. JF’s vision and creativity, alongside his awesome secret recipe mulled wine and his fantastic cheese fondue are truly an inspiration. Our family of six had the best night and the cold mountain air was balanced with JF’s down to earth warm Aussie attitude and his French Flair ! A truly memorable experience.
